Simple prep and a light routine help your soft liner heal evenly and last longer.

Pre-Care

  • Remove lash extensions72 hours prior; avoid a lash lift for 2 weeks.

  • Pause lash-growth serums for 2–4 weeks.

  • No caffeine or alcohol in the 24 hours before.

  • Arrive with clean lids; no eye makeup/mascara; no lash curler that day.

  • If you wear contacts, bring a case—you may need to remove lenses.

  • No active infections, styes, or irritation on the lashline.

  • Skip heavy workouts on the day of service.

Tip — Keep the eye area hydrated but oil-free for 24–48h before.

After-Care

  • Keep the lashline dry & clean for 7 days; avoid steam, saunas, and swimming.

  • No eyeliner/eye makeup on the treated area until healed (~7–10 days).

  • Apply a thin layer of ointment as directed—clean hands only.

  • Do not rub, scratch or pick; mild tightness/flaking is normal.

  • Avoid direct sun and tanning; use SPF once healed.

  • Cleanse gently around the eyes; no oils on the liner while healing.

  • Book your perfecting touch-up at week 6–8 for the most seamless result.

Note — Initial color may appear deeper and will soften as it settles; this is normal.

FAQ — Soft Liner

Common questions about comfort, healing and longevity—answered clearly.

Yes. We tailor mapping and saturation to your eye shape and lid space, ensuring a diffused, wearable finish rather than a harsh line.

We use a gentle topical numbing cream. Most clients report mild pressure or tickling rather than pain.

Typically 1–3 years depending on skin type, lifestyle, and after-care. A perfecting touch-up at week 6–8 is recommended.

Color appears deeper for the first few days and then softens by ~30–40% as it heals into a haze.

  • Avoid caffeine/alcohol in the 24 hours prior.

  • Pause lash-growth serums for 2–4 weeks.

  • No lash curler the same day; arrive with clean lids.

Please avoid mascara and extensions until fully healed (about 7–10 days). After that, light mascara is fine; extensions can be discussed case-by-case.
