  • Avoid caffeine and alcohol on the day of your appointment.

  • Arrive with clean lids and no eye makeup (especially waterproof mascara).

  • Do not use an eyelash curler the day of service.

  • If you wear contacts, please bring a case—you may be asked to remove them.

  • Ensure there are no active infections, styes, or irritation on the lashline.

Tip — Keep the eye area hydrated but oil-free for 24–48h before.

After-Care

  • Keep the lashline dry and clean for 7 days; avoid steam, saunas, and swimming.

  • No mascara or eyeliner on the treated area until fully healed (≈ 7–10 days).

  • Do not rub, scratch, or pick—let any flaking shed naturally.

  • Cleanse around the eyes gently; avoid oil-based products on the lashline while healing.

  • Apply aftercare ointment only as instructed—thin layer, clean hands.

  • Delay new lash extensions until the lashline is fully healed.

  • Book the perfecting touch-up at week 6–8 for the most seamless result.

Typically 12–24 months before most clients want a refresh. Oily skin, active lifestyles, or frequent lash serums may shorten longevity a bit. A perfecting touch-up at week 6–8 is recommended for the most seamless result.

We use gentle topical numbing so most clients feel only light pressure or tickling at the lash roots. Mild tightness for a day or two is normal and settles quickly.
